Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: August 2026 • Last Revised: August 2026

Institutional Non-Degree Compliance Notice

Stanford Learning operates exclusively as an independent professional development, career advisory, and corporate upskilling institute. We do not confer formal academic degrees, university diplomas, or statutory vocational certifications. Participation records and Certificates of Completion attest strictly to professional executive training and applied skill mastery.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing our website, registering for executive courses, booking 1-on-1 strategic advisory calls, or utilizing our digital verification portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Our programs are engineered primarily for working corporate professionals, managers, team leads, consultants, and enterprise decision-makers. You represent that all registration details provided (including full legal name, designation, and corporate email) are truthful, accurate, and current.

2. Course Access & Digital Delivery Windows

  • 12-Day Curriculum Dispatch: Following fee confirmation and completion of the diagnostic initial assessment, customized learning materials and recorded modules are prepared and dispatched to the candidate's registered email within twelve (12) business days.
  • 120-Day Self-Paced Learning Term: Enrolled participants are granted a standard 120-day self-paced access window from the date of dispatch to complete modules, review playbooks, and submit evaluation assignments.
  • Personal License: Course materials, prompts, and playbooks are licensed exclusively for individual candidate use. Sharing, sub-licensing, redistributing, or commercial broadcasting of proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

3. Evaluation & Passing Standards

To maintain the integrity and credibility of our executive credentials, issuance of the Certificate of Completion requires candidate participation and a minimum benchmark score of 50% in the comprehensive Final Evaluation.

Candidates who do not achieve the passing threshold on their initial attempt are entitled to one (1) complimentary re-evaluation within their active 120-day learning period following targeted feedback from their curriculum advisor.

4. 1-on-1 Strategic Advisory Consultations

Advisory calls are private, confidential consultations between the candidate and an authorized corporate advisor. Candidates may reschedule booked appointments with at least twenty-four (24) hours of advance notice. Advisors reserve the right to decline or terminate sessions in cases of unprofessional or abusive conduct.

5. Program Fees & Remittance

Program enrollment fees are quoted individually based on the selected course track, diagnostic customization depth, and advisory scope. All payments must be remitted via authorized payment channels prior to curriculum compilation.

Because learning materials and diagnostic playbooks are prepared in a personalized, custom-compiled digital format specifically for the candidate upon registration, fees become non-refundable once curriculum compilation has commenced post-diagnostic assessment.

6. Central Record Publishing & Public Verification

Upon successful program completion, an official Certificate of Completion is issued with a unique, cryptographically generated Reference ID. By graduating, candidates authorize the publication of their completion record (limited to Full Name, Reference ID, Program Title, and Issue Date) on our public 24/7 verification registry for stakeholder validation.

7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All masterclass recordings, digital curriculum frameworks, e-learning playbooks, website designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Stanford Learning. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse-engineering, or publication is a violation of international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
